Order Information

Orders may be placed on our website 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

To place your order on our website, simply select the product size and click on the "Add to Cart" button below the product you would like to purchase.

When you are finished shopping click on the "Shopping bag" button at the top of every page and then click on the "CHECKOUT" button.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, GPay, Venmo, MetaPay & PayPal. We're sorry, we do not accept money orders, personal or third-party checks.

Please make sure that the gift certificate number does not contain any spaces. If it still will not process please message us through our Send a Message form or email us info@bee-apothecary.com. We generally reply to messages within 48 hours.

Only one Promotional/Coupon Code is permitted per order and it must be entered correctly in the Code box provided at the checkout page.

When entered correctly the discount will show in your basket. A discount cannot be provided if it has not been entered at the checkout or after your order is confirmed.

Yes. You can redeem another gift card during checkout.

When a minimum spend is listed for a Promotional/Coupon Code, the minimum spend excludes delivery fees, taxes.

When returning items from your order, if you used a discount/coupon code and your order no longer qualifies, the discount/coupon value will be deducted from your refund; if you used a free gift with purchase Coupon and your order no longer qualifies, the free gift must be returned or its value will be deducted from your refund.

When a Coupon Code provides a free gift, the free gift is not eligible for exchange or refund.

Our team is able to assist you with any payment processing error, so please contact us via email or through the Submit a Message with any problems you may have placing orders.

Most payment processing errors are due to fraud protection detecting a difference in the billing address of the credit card and the billing address entered on the order.

Please check that the billing address is entered exactly as it appears on your credit card statement or your Payment platform.

Delivery Information

To complete a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
If you need to return an item, simply send us a request to return the product(s) through our email at info@bee-apothecary.com or by subbmitting the request on our Submit a Message form located on our Contact Us page. Be sure to tell us what product(s) you wish to return.

To learn how we can provide you better products we ask that you specify the reason for your return in the email or message.

Once your request is received, we will contact you via email.

Please note: Please send product(s) in a sturdy package - if we receive the product(s) back damaged - we will not be able to refund you. We recommend that you insure the package as well - as we are not responsible for items that break in transit or are lost or missing.

Once we receive your returned product(s), we will promptly credit the original credit card used for purchase or payment platform used. Shipping costs are not refunded unless the return is due to an error by Bee Apothecary.

If items in your order are damaged during shipping we will be happy to arrange a replacement or offer you a full refund. Please notify customer services immediately via email info@bee-apothecary.com

Product Information

Bee Apothecary fragrances are designed for liberal application but this is your personal preference.

Ideal areas are on your pulse points (where the blood circulates closest to the skin) and the décolleté region (the neck and collar bone area of the body).

All of the essential oils used are natural as they are extracted from flowers, herbs, woods or citrus fruits.

Within our fragrance line we utilize synthetic materials when natural notes are not available or in place of animal derivatives.

It is worth noting that some synthetic ingredients are considerably more expensive than many natural essential oils.

Bee Apothecary fragrances create blends to leverage the benefits of both sources of oils.

The main difference between fragrance oils and essential oils is that fragrance oils are manufactured in a lab and essential oils are made of natural materials.

This difference comes from the ingredients that each oil is composed of, and where those ingredients are sourced from.

Natural fragrance oils get their name because they are made by isolating naturally derived fragrance components from a complex scent. This includes limonene derived from lemons, vanillin derived from vanilla beans and geraniol from roses.
